Humphreys County's Most Wanted Program
HCSO did not publish a county Most Wanted page or roster in the official material reviewed. TBI's statewide program is the relevant official resource, but it covers a selected group under program rules. It is not a county list, and it does not show every active warrant or court process in Humphreys County.
This page describes and links official programs only. It does not reproduce names, photographs, mugshots, or individual roster entries. For a local case-status question, call the sheriff and issuing court; for a tip, use TBI's published channel and let law enforcement act.
No Humphreys County Most-Wanted Roster
The inspected HCSO navigation includes booking, inmate services, news, contact information, and a mobile-app link, but no county Most Wanted list. No local warrant roundup or amnesty calendar was located either. A statewide curated page should not be labeled a Humphreys County roster.
The TBI page sets out the statewide program and its own eligibility information. The screenshot below shows program-level material only. It is not a list to copy into this site.
For a Humphreys County warrant question, use HCSO and the issuing court instead.
How the Most Wanted Lists Work
TBI describes eligibility for selected Tennessee violent-felony or major drug-trafficking cases, certain escapees, a warrant on file, and approval by the director or designee. That is a curated program decision, not a search of every local docket. Individual profiles carry date-added context, but TBI promises no fixed daily or weekly refresh schedule.
Note: A profile can change as a case develops, and no result on a curated page proves that another court has no active process.
The public profile is not a full case history. A listed reward applies only under the terms shown for that person, while court dates, bond conditions, and recall orders remain with the issuing court. Readers should use the agency named on the profile for the tip, not a private repost.
Humphreys County Most-Wanted Eligibility Follows TBI Criteria
The TBI Most Wanted page is for a selected statewide set, not all people with warrants and not all Humphreys County cases. Eligibility and approval belong to the program. A change to one profile does not update or certify the county court record.
For local confirmation, call HCSO at 931-296-2301 and ask which court holds the process. The county has no published warrant-unit direct line or complete public active list. Never use the curated TBI page to infer local status.
Profiles can include a reward amount and agency-specific case details, but those details apply only to the named program entry. No reward should be assumed for information about a local case unless the official profile states one and its conditions are met.
Reporting a Tip Safely
TBI publishes anonymous and identified tip routes, including the number 1-800-TBI-FIND. Any reward is tied to qualifying program terms; do not assume a payment or amount from a social post. Do not confront, follow, or detain anyone. Provide what you know through the official channel and let law enforcement assess it.
- Open the official TBI Tips page or call 1-800-TBI-FIND.
- Use the anonymous option if appropriate and give clear facts about location and timing.
- Save any reference number the official system provides.
- Do not approach the person or share the tip through an unverified account.
If information describes immediate danger, use 911 rather than waiting for a non-emergency tip response. For a possible warrant in a city case, contact the city police or clerk through its official route. A tip submission does not provide a public case-status answer.
An anonymous report may limit follow-up. Share only relevant facts through TBI's official form or number, never in a public comment or social-media post.
Humphreys County Most-Wanted Tips Do Not Create a Local Roster
The state tip page explains how to report information but does not create a Humphreys County list. A local tip about a possible county warrant belongs with HCSO or the agency named by the issuing court. An emergency should go to 911, not a general web form.
The official TBI tip page is shown below. It provides safe reporting guidance, not a county search result.
Confirm the current options on TBI.gov before sharing information.
Most Wanted Lists vs Active Warrants
A Most Wanted program is curated and selective. An active warrant is a process the issuing court still treats as unresolved, whether or not it appears in a public program. Humphreys County does not publish a complete active-warrant roster, so TBI's list cannot fill that gap.
| Feature | Most Wanted List | Active Warrant |
|---|---|---|
| Scope | Selected cases meeting TBI program criteria | Process tracked by its issuing court |
| Who maintains it | Tennessee Bureau of Investigation | Relevant court and serving agency |
| Public access | Official program profiles and tip route | No complete Humphreys public roster located |
| Next step | Use TBI tip channel; do not approach | Confirm status with sheriff and issuing court |
The local status remains separate even when TBI publishes an individual profile. A profile can point to a charge or partner agency, but the court docket determines whether process was later recalled, served, or changed. Confirm both the case and the intended tip route through official contacts.
Humphreys County Most-Wanted and Federal Fugitive Work
The U.S. Marshals Service describes a Middle Tennessee Joint Fugitive Task Force that serves district counties and has its own tip number. It is a federal and local enforcement program, not a public Humphreys roster or a substitute for HCSO. The participant page did not establish HCSO as a named task-force participant.
For a federal court matter, use the Middle District of Tennessee or U.S. Marshals contact published by that office. Do not use a tip line to request private case research.
The task force's existence does not establish that Humphreys County or a specific local officer participates in a case. A federal fugitive matter belongs to the federal court and responsible law-enforcement agency named in its records; county municipal citations remain on their city routes.
Humphreys County Has No Warrant Amnesty Announcement
The reviewed county, sheriff, and city sources do not announce a warrant amnesty event or a countywide surrender program. A statewide Most Wanted page is not an amnesty offer, and a private search result cannot promise reduced fees or a scheduled recall.
For a specific case, ask the issuing clerk what court action is available and consult a Tennessee attorney about legal options. Confirm every payment, court date, and order with the office that controls the file.
If You Think You Are on a List
If you believe a listing or warrant concerns you, use a Tennessee attorney and the official agency contact to confirm the court, case number, and status. HCSO can route a local custody question; the issuing court decides whether a process can be recalled, reset, or satisfied. No public county list or standard surrender appointment was located.
Do not rely on a third-party profile or an absent name. Ask how to arrange any appearance, bond, motion, or surrender, and obtain written proof after action. Never approach another person because of a listing.
Important: Contact an attorney and the official court or sheriff before arranging an appearance; no online profile can confirm the current status of a local case.
